- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, Karma Market ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Karma Market ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
- Sales Tax
- Karma Market charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
- Return Policy
- We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we'll exchange it, replace it or refund you money. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Returns and Exchanges:
To return an item simply request a "return item" form at info@thekarmamarket.com, complete the form and include it along with your item. Ship exchanges/returns to the address on the form via UPS or any other traceable method. Original shipping charges are not refundable and all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, we will gladly pay for return shipping charges on the exchanged item back to you.
